Windmill Gate Painting Project
We are happy to announce the commencement of the Windmill Gate Painting Project. The new colors were approved by the Board at a duly noticed meeting on January 12, 2023. The painting project is mandatory, and the homeowner is responsible for its completion on or before April 30, 2023.
Listed below are the colors that were chosen from Sunny South Paint & Décor (Benjamin Moore) located at 16181 NW 57 th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 where we have negotiated a bulk price with a 20% discount for Windmill homeowners on the paint and paint supplies. All you will need to do is mention the Community name (Windmill Gate) and they will know the color details and apply the discount.
It is strongly recommended that you pressure clean the entire house including the tile roof (on the 2 story townhomes) to make the paint last, any rotten wood trellis beams, rotten wood sidings, corroded/rusted-out gutters must be replaced.
We understand this is a huge undertaking to align the painting for the whole community, but we need to work fast to have our community brought up to common standards and looking beautiful again. The last mandatory painting project was done in 2014.
When your paint job is complete, notify the Management office so we can inspect and note your file accordingly.

Accent Color (dark): Benjamin Moore #2124-30 Deep Silver
Bahama Shutters: Benjamin Moore #2133-60 Sidewalk
Trim & Wood Fence: Benjamin Moore #2119-10 Space Black (DARK BROWN)
